Marcy has pitched at the Major Leagues.
An avid fan, especially of defense, Marcy realized the dream that every baseball has, of throwing a first pitch; it was for the Stitch and Pitch during Convergence 2008 for the Tampa Bay Rays. Pitcher Andy Sonnanstine of the Rays caught her pitch and he said: “You did good!” (she practiced). Marcy’s all-time favorite pitcher is still Gregg Maddox. The rays in the tank are cool, too!
